Insnrg Privacy Statement

Insnrg may store some of your data in order to support your pool equipment system. This data is limited to:

a. Your email address provided when you purchase from Insnrg and the email address of all users who have access to your Insnrg Automation App.
b. The physical address of your swimming pool or spa as entered when you purchase from Insnrg or is registered to use the Insnrg Automation App.
c. If you are using the Insnrg Automation App, the appliances that have been assigned to your Insnrg automation system.
d. Equipment and Insnrg App performance and reliability data as can be measured from the Insnrg Automation App or from your service bookings placed with Insnrg.
e. Insnrg does not store or retain your Wi-Fi password or Internet access details.

Insnrg will use this data to support you, rectify and improve equipment and app performance and assist, when requested by you or your authorised users when requested. If you specifically request your pool data to be monitored by Insnrg or an Insnrg authorised technician, we or they may record chlorinator performance, pool and spa water temperature, heater performance, circulating pump performance in order to optimise your pool and spa performance. This information may be used to advise you when consumable items within your system require service or replacement.

You may block Insnrg Authorised Technicians from viewing all of your details by removing them from your “invited users” in the App or by emailing Insnrg Techne.

You may exclude Insnrg from viewing all performance information of your system by contacting Insnrg and requesting this action.

Insnrg may use general data collected from multiple systems to assess pool usage and performance in various geographical areas in order to improve our product performance and gain insights into pool and spa usage.

Your personnel details, including your physical address, wi-fi name, phone number will not under any circumstances, be passed on to a third party without your specific written permission.

Insnrg only collects the minimum data required to support and service our users.

We aim at all times through the design of the Insnrg App and storage server to provide accuracy and do our best to provide functionality to allow users maintain their data accurately.

Insnrg only stores your personal details in AWS Cloud and avoid exporting data into other storage devices. If you specifically request Insnrg Authorised Technicians or Insnrg to monitor or record your pool system performance, your email address may be exported with the monitored and recorded data.

Insnrg will only use any data collected from you to support you and gain insights in how to improve Insnrg products performance and reliability. At all times Insnrg will do it’s very best to protect your data and use the best security to protect your information.

At any time, you can ask Insnrg to delete all data from Insnrg data bases and relating to your use of the Insnrg Automation App. However, this may result in the App becoming unusable by yourself and other invited users.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below in relation to your personal information. However, these rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.

Right to Access / Know. You may have a right to request access to personal information that we hold about you, including details relating to the ways in which we use and share your information.
Right to Delete. You may have a right to request that we delete personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Correct. You may have a right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

· Right of Portability. You may have a right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to request that we transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.
